Elizabeth's Story
Life
I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 1984. I met my husband Steve there.We just celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary. Steve is in the military, we live overseas. We have three beautiful children, Sara, Lindsay and Matt. I am an English professor at the NATO Language Center. We travel a lot and I love it. I collect antiques and my husband and I love to golf and ski! We live in a beautiful house but it's not ours since we will be stationed somewhere else eventually.
School
I graduated from Carlisle high in 1979 I was 17 years old. My favorite classmates were Greg B., Pam M., Deb D., Sue K., Steve (the golfer who did my geometry homework ...Expand for more
for me,thank you Steve!), Kathy B.,and Mike N. My favorite classes were art and drama. I graduated from the University of N. Colorado in 1984 with a B.A. I studied Art, Home EC and Journalism. I loved Colorado and I still call it home.
College
College was more fun than I ever thought possible. I made some of the greatest friends ever including my wonderful husband. I loved my classes especially the art , textiles and culinary classes but my favorite thing of all (except for the skiing ,of course) was interning at the university lab school. What's more fun then spending hours on some huge ,messy art project? Working on the same messy art project with a bunch of kids!
